Sansahash Summer Blog Tour 2018
When I read the shout out of Mgeni from Sansahash for a summer blog tour I just had to apply, and you know what, she asked me to join, whoohoo! Totally happy as her patterns are all great. So many patterns to choose, which one to make? Hmm, I just couldn’t resist one of her newest patterns, the Mila dress. This dress has several options; it’s a 60’s vintage inspired drop waist dress with gathered or pleated skirt. I think it’s rather relaxed dress and perfect to play in or if you use a fancy fabric it’s great for a special party :).
So, the fabrics I had in my stash weren’t right, Isabella said. No mommy, we really need a new and cool kind of fabric. So we went online and searched at one of the bigger online shops of The Netherlands; Textielstad and found these super cute whales from Stenzo. There are several colour variations and Isabella was totally clear, the black one with pink whales! And I think she just knew it would become a great dress. She loves it and since there have been extremely much summer days here (especially for The Netherlands it has been quite warm, 25+ degrees for several weeks most of the days) she has been wearing quite a lot. So, I am sure I will be making many more.
Want to make one as well? There is a 40% discount during the blog tour, so make sure to visit the shop overhere! And for the Dutch readers, some patterns are available in Dutch as well, for example the Imari short. It has just released and is in the shop for only 5 euro :). It’s quite easy to get ready for summer with all these cute patterns :).
Be sure to hop on over to all the other bloggers, as there are 31 (!!) bloggers joining this tour. So many wonderful makes, mash ups, hacks….Oh I wish there were more hours in a day ;). Here’s the line up:
